Professional Background

 Ryan brings more than 20 years of experience in distribution and manufacturing across the Turf & Ornamental, Vector, and Structural Pest markets. He currently serves as the Key Account Manager for Ruveon’s Industrial Turf & Ornamental business. Prior to this role, he held leadership positions including Head of Sales for AMGUARD Environmental Technologies, Area Sales Manager, and Channel Manager for Bayer’s Environmental Science/Pest Management and Public Health division. He began his career in the industry as a distributor outside sales representative, where he spent his first decade building a strong foundation in customer engagement, field operations, and product stewardship. Ryan’s extensive background enables him to support strategic partners with insight driven solutions and long term business development. He continues to focus on strengthening industry relationships and advancing innovative technologies within the T&O and pest management sectors.

Connection to the Association/Industry

Ryan has been actively involved with UPFDA since around 2015. Following his nomination and election to the board in October 2025, he looks forward to contributing and collaborating with the membership to bring fresh ideas, execute on key objectives, drive engagement, and further strengthen an already solid organizational foundation. He is committed to supporting initiatives that advance the association’s mission and enhance value for all members.
