Dr. Cisse Spragins has more than 30 years in the pest management industry, with expertise in entrepreneurship, product development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs and marketing through distribution. She was inducted into the PMP Hall of Fame in 2018.

Connection to the Association/Industry

Cisse has been an active member of UPFDA and has served on the board for about 20 years, including seven years as Treasurer, prior to serving as President. She appreciates UPFDA’s role as the only association comprised solely of manufacturers and distributors the serve the professional pest management industry.
